Our story

MELBIR was founded in 2025 by a group of mates who just love meeting up and having a laugh on and off the bikes.

At the end of summer we dedicated ourselves to building an even strong community with regular rides and meet ups.

Every day, after work we spent our time riding, shaping, fixing, and progressing our riding spots. Recognising the significance of what we were creating, we decided to name the bike group MELBIR.

Since then, we’ve welcomed new member to the team, who have joined us as we began to expand.

We are just a group of young lads united by a shared passion for mountain biking and a clear vision: to create the best MTB gear for riders of all backgrounds. Our journey began on local trails, where we discovered the freedom of exploration and the thrill of adventure. Frustrated by the high prices of premium gear, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

With a strong commitment to quality and performance, we set out to design and develop affordable, high-quality equipment that empowers riders at every level.
